ReleaseFrameTerms
These terms describe the current preview positioning of ReleaseFrame. They are not a substitute for a formal legal review before public launch.

ReleaseFrame is designed as a local Mac app. Project files, screenshot assets, generated exports, AI provider keys, and App Store Connect credentials are intended to remain on your device unless you explicitly send data to a connected third-party provider.

The ReleaseFrame Mac app does not include behavioral tracking, product analytics, advertising identifiers, or background telemetry. The marketing website may use Vercel Analytics to count aggregate page views, but the app itself is built to operate locally.

You choose and configure your AI provider. Any prompt, asset, metadata, or instruction sent to that provider is governed by your relationship with that provider. ReleaseFrame does not control the provider response and does not guarantee that AI output will be accurate, compliant, or suitable for App Store submission.

You are responsible for reviewing every generated screenshot, translation, claim, description, and App Store Connect upload before publishing. You are also responsible for protecting your credentials, API keys, and developer account access.

ReleaseFrame is provided as-is during the waitlist and preview phase. Features, pricing, availability, and supported providers may change before public launch.
